Privacy Notice — Abvmash Toolkit
1. Who publishes this notice
This Privacy Notice covers the Abvmash Toolkit mobile application. The application is published by A.B.V MASH TOV (DUNS 365057268), a construction equipment specialist with offices at 5 vul. Leiptsihska, Kyiv 01015, Ukraine. The application is operated as a free, offline field utility for construction crews and equipment operators.
2. Scope of this notice
This Privacy Notice applies exclusively to the mobile application called Abvmash Toolkit, distributed through Google Play. It does not apply to in-person services, supply contracts, or yard operations carried out by A.B.V MASH TOV outside the application. For matters that fall outside the application, the standard contractual terms agreed with the customer apply.
3. Personal data handled by the application
The Abvmash Toolkit application is designed to function entirely on the user's device. The publisher's position on personal data is straightforward and affirmative:
- Spec comparisons, lift-run calculations, and project notes that the user creates are stored locally on the device using the standard Android shared preferences mechanism.
- Equipment selections and free-form notes added by the user remain on the device and are reachable only from inside the application installation.
- Uninstalling the application or clearing its application data on the device removes the entries that the user previously stamped into the project book.
4. Components included in the application
The application includes the following platform components, declared here for transparency:
- Google Play Services. The Google Play Services framework is the standard Android platform bundle provided by Google. Its presence allows the application to be installed and updated through Google Play, to perform integrity checks expected by the operating system, and to operate within the Android security perimeter on the device.
- Google Fonts (bundled). The application uses two typeface families — JetBrains Mono and Inter — that are bundled with the application package as font files. Runtime fetching from the Google Fonts content delivery network is disabled in the application configuration. The typefaces render entirely from local font assets shipped with the build.
5. Network behaviour
The Abvmash Toolkit application is built to operate offline. The only outbound network actions performed by the application are:
- Opening this Privacy Notice page in the user's preferred web browser, when the user taps the Privacy Policy control inside the About panel of the application.
The application does not perform background synchronisation, advertising calls, attribution calls, telemetry calls, or analytics calls. The application does not contain advertising libraries, attribution SDKs, or third-party analytics SDKs.
6. Permissions requested by the application
The Abvmash Toolkit application requests only the permissions that follow naturally from its function as an offline calculator and project book. The Internet permission is requested by the Android system because the application is capable of opening this Privacy Notice page in an external browser. No camera, microphone, location, contacts, calendar, SMS, or storage permission is requested by the application.
7. Children
The Abvmash Toolkit application is a professional utility intended for adults working with construction equipment. The application is not directed at children, does not contain interest-based advertising aimed at children, and does not include child-targeted features.
8. Account and identifier handling
The application does not request a user account. The application does not request an email address, a phone number, or any other personal identifier. The application does not link the user to a profile maintained by the publisher.
9. Data retention
Comparisons, lift-run calculations, and notes created by the user remain on the device until the user removes them with the swipe-to-delete control inside the project book, or until the application is uninstalled, or until the application's storage is cleared from the Android system settings.
10. Changes to this notice
The publisher may revise this Privacy Notice as the application evolves. Significant changes will be reflected by replacing this page on the publisher's website at the same address. Continued use of the application after a revision indicates acceptance of the revised notice.
